Day 1: Arrival in Moshi
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your driver-guide will meet and transfer you to your hotel in Moshi. Enjoy a relaxing evening as you prepare for your safari adventure. Overnight at a family-friendly lodge in Moshi, such as Parkview Inn or a similar option.

Day 2: Moshi to Lake Manyara National Park
Depart after breakfast from Moshi and drive towards Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, hippo pools, and rich birdlife. The park is small but diverse, making it ideal for young explorers. After a picnic lunch, enjoy a game drive before heading to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight, such as Marera View Lodge.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, take a short drive to Tarangire National Park. Spend the day exploring its vast landscapes, known for large elephant herds and ancient baobabs. Families will enjoy observing wildlife from safe distances, with guides explaining animal behaviors to kids. Return to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Marera View Lodge or similar.

Day 4: Karatu to Serengeti National Park
Today, journey towards Serengeti National Park, passing through Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, enjoy scenic views and a picnic lunch. Arrive in Serengeti in the afternoon for a game drive before settling into your family-friendly camp. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp or similar.

Day 5: Full-day Serengeti game drive
Spend a full day exploring Serengeti’s vast plains. With luck, you may witness part of the Great Migration. Spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and countless other species. Enjoy a picnic lunch under a shaded acacia tree. In the evening, return to your camp for dinner and storytelling around the campfire.

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater and return to Arusha or Moshi
After an early breakfast, drive back to Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This is one of the best places to see the Big Five. After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater and begin your journey back. Depending on your preference, you will be dropped off either in Arusha or return to Moshi for the evening.
