Build a Profitable Tanzania Programme.
Partner with a Moshi-based ground operator who has been on the mountain for over two decades. Strong commercial terms, dedicated partner support from Nelson personally, and on-the-ground operational quality your clients will write home about.
A Genuine Partner, Not Just a Vendor.
We sit in Moshi at the foot of the mountain. We answer our own email. We guide the climbs we sell to your clients. The result is a partnership that actually behaves like one.
Strong Commercial Terms
Net pricing that lets your agency build a healthy margin without inflating retail. Transparent tiered rates that improve as your booking volume grows.
Direct Operator Relationship
No middlemen between you and the team running the climb. You quote with confidence because the person guiding your client is on the other end of this email.
Sell With Confidence
Twenty-two years on the mountain, 270-plus summits to Uhuru Peak, WFR-certified guides, and a 100 percent safety record. Brochure-grade credentials with the receipts to back them.
24-Hour Quote Turnaround
Custom itineraries and quotes back to you within one business day. Same-day response on most queries. Your client never waits.
Why Your Clients Will Summit.
Nelson grew up in the Machame ward at the foot of Kilimanjaro and has guided eight routes on the mountain over twenty-two years. He helped pioneer the Karanga to Barafu Camp shortcut that operators now use across the Southern Circuit. He has personally summited Uhuru Peak over 270 times.
That depth of experience is what your client is buying when they book through your agency. We are not adding ourselves to your catalogue. We are giving you a credible answer to every safety, fitness, and itinerary question your sales team gets asked.
Everything You Need to Sell Tanzania.
The tools, terms, and operational support that make selling a Go Kilimanjaro Treks programme easier than selling alternatives. Built for agency reality, not marketing slides.
Tailored Itineraries
Every quote built specifically for your client's group size, fitness level, dates, and goals. Northern Circuit for clients who want highest summit odds. Rongai for wet-season departures. Lemosho 8-day as the workhorse. We know which fits each profile.
Dedicated Partner Contact
Nelson personally handles partner relationships. One contact who knows your agency, your clients, and your standard expectations. No call-centre handoffs, no rotating account managers.
Marketing Assets Library
Original photography from the mountain and northern Tanzania, video clips, route descriptions, packing lists, and brand-safe copy you can adapt for your site and client emails. Updated each season.
Real-Time Availability
Honest answers on departure dates, route conditions, and capacity. We will tell you what is bookable today, what is filling fast, and which dates we are quietly recommending.
On-Trip Support
We handle every operational detail once your client lands: airport transfer, briefing, the climb itself, post-summit logistics, safari, Zanzibar. You receive trip updates so your client never feels handed off.
Insurance & Documentation
Mandatory climber insurance verification, visa and vaccination guidance, documented porter welfare standards, full E-E-A-T documentation for any agency due diligence. We help you tick every compliance box.
Trusted by a Range of Partners.
From boutique agencies sending a few clients a year to adventure operators running full annual programmes, our partners look different but value the same things: reliability, margin, and a contact who answers the phone.
Travel Agencies
Boutique agents and larger agencies wanting a reliable Tanzania programme. White-label or co-branded, your call.
Adventure Tour Operators
Adventure operators with Kilimanjaro in their catalogue who want a direct ground operator and stronger margins.
University & College Programmes
Outdoor programmes, study-abroad coordinators, and faculty-led expeditions. We have guided several family-style groups of climbers in their late teens to twenties with strong summit outcomes.
Corporate Group Travel
Leadership retreats, team-building expeditions, and incentive trips. Discreet handling, executive-level briefing, scaled crew, optional safari and Zanzibar extensions.
Charity & Fundraising Climbs
Charity climb organisers raising funds for causes. Per-climber pricing that lets your charity keep more of the fundraised total, plus group logistics support.
Photographers & Filmmakers
Professional film crews coordinating Tanzania Film Board permits, drone clearances, and high-altitude logistics. We have done the paperwork before.
Four Steps to a Live Partnership.
We can be quoting your first enquiry within the same week. No drawn-out approval processes, no committee sign-off. A conversation, an agreement, and we start.

Common Questions.
Honest answers to the questions agencies ask before they sign. For anything not covered here, talk to Nelson directly.
What net rates and commission structure do you offer?
We discuss rates directly during the introductory call so we can match terms to your agency size, expected volume, and the types of climbs your clients book. Rates are tiered and improve with volume. The headline: there is real margin available for agency partners, and we keep our retail pricing honest so your clients are not getting a better deal direct.
Is there an annual booking minimum?
No annual minimum for new partners in the first year. After year one, we discuss expectations based on what is working for both sides. We would rather have ten committed partners than fifty inactive ones.
Do you require exclusivity?
No. We expect that you will have other ground operator relationships in other destinations, and possibly in Tanzania. We earn the booking with each enquiry, not by contract clause.
How do you handle payment?
Standard partner payment terms: deposit on confirmation, balance before arrival. We accept wire transfer, and we are exploring additional payment rails for partner convenience. Discussed in full at signing.
Who is my point of contact?
Nelson Mushi, owner and lead guide, handles partner relationships directly during the build phase. Once volume reaches a regular cadence, we may bring in a dedicated partner-operations contact, but Nelson stays accessible at all times.
Can you support safari and Zanzibar extensions?
Yes. Tanzania safaris across the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Arusha National Park, plus Zanzibar beach extensions are part of our standard offering. Many of our partner bookings combine Kilimanjaro with a safari and a few days at the coast. Single point of contact, single contract, single invoice.
Do you provide white-label or co-branded materials?
Yes, on request. We can supply route descriptions, photography, and itinerary templates branded for your agency. Discuss with Nelson at the introductory call.
Where are you based and how do we reach you?
Moshi, Tanzania, at the foot of Kilimanjaro. Reach Nelson at info@gokilimanjarotreks.com, +255 677 917 500, or WhatsApp at wa.me/255677917500. Time zone is East Africa Time (UTC+3), and we respond to partner emails outside business hours when needed.
Let's Have a Conversation.
Half an hour, Zoom or WhatsApp video. Nelson will walk through how our programme fits your agency, what net rates look like at your projected volume, and what your first quote turnaround would feel like. No pitch deck, no sales process, no commitment.
