The Mountain in
Every New Tab.
Original Kilimanjaro and Serengeti photography from Nelson's own climbs, live Moshi weather, a Swahili word a day, and a focus timer that climbs you camp by camp to Uhuru Peak. Open a tab, see the summit.
1. A Daily Dose of the Roof of Africa
Every new tab opens on one of 24 original photographs: sunrise over Mawenzi from the summit zone, the glacier walls above the clouds, lions in the crater, elephants at last light, the Maasai welcome. These are not stock photos. They were shot on Go Kilimanjaro Treks climbs and safaris, and a fresh one rotates in each day.
2. Live From Moshi
The corner of every tab shows the current time and weather in Moshi, the town at Kilimanjaro's feet where every climb begins. A small daily card teaches you one Swahili word or one mountain fact: pole pole, twende, the Big Five, why the summit is called Uhuru.
3. Climb Mode: Focus Your Way to the Summit
Turn on Climb Mode and your deep-work sessions become a Kilimanjaro expedition. Each completed 25 or 50 minute focus session moves you up the Machame Route: Machame Camp, Shira, Lava Tower, Barranco, Karanga, Barafu, and after sixteen sessions, Uhuru Peak at 5,895 m. Summiting earns a downloadable certificate with your name on it. Pole pole applies to work too.
4. Private By Design
No account, no ads, no analytics, no data collection. The photos live inside the extension, your climb progress stays in your browser, and the only network request is the Moshi weather check from the free open-meteo service.
See It Daily. Then Climb It.
Install the extension for the views, stay for the dream, and when you are ready, Nelson will walk you to the top of the real thing.
